1. Your Enquiry
Whether your first enquiry is by phone, email or in person, a member of our team will be ready to discuss your project with you. We are more than happy to arrange visits to our premises so that you can view our state of the art workshop facilities. We can also arrange for a member of our team to visit you to discuss your project.
2. Our Quotation
A detailed proposal will be provided to you based on the information and measurements you supply. We aim to break the costs involved down to include as much detail as possible to ensure we have fully understood your requirements. Alternative specifications and options can be discussed and samples can be provided if required. We are happy to advise on available finishes and materials as well as the design and practicalities of your proposed joinery items.
3. Acceptance of Proposal
Once you are happy with the specification and quotation we have provided we will proceed to the site survey.
4. Site Survey/Agreement of Build Dimensions
Upon acceptance of our initial proposal and quotation we will arrange for one of our experienced surveyors to visit your premises to take detailed measurements and finalise all your requirements.
5. CAD Drawing
Upon receipt of the final site measurements and dimensions on of our skilled CAD draughtsmen will create a full set of electronic working drawing for your approval. These drawings will then form the basis of the manufacture and installation process.
6. Confirmation to Proceed
Once you have approved the CAD drawing supplied, we will then take a deposit payment and proceed to manufacture of your items.
The first step of the manufacture process is the ordering of all materials required from our accredited suppliers. Then our experienced craftsmen working in our state of the art workshop will create your items with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once complete your items will be checked for quality and carefully packaged ready for dispatch.
8. Delivery and if required, installation
A member of our team will contact you as soon as your items are ready for dispatch to arrange a suitable time for delivery, and if you require installation, that will be organised at the same time.
If your items require any adjustment or alteration a member of our team will ensure that this is carried out as smoothly as possible.
